My Story
Hi, I’m Nandhini Chakravarthy, and I’m thrilled to share my journey to IIIT Hyderabad! Throughout my school years, I was often told that I had a knack for academics, but I struggled with consistency and motivation, which held me back from reaching my full potential. Everything changed when I joined NoMoreClass (NMC). The vibrant atmosphere and the inspiring faculty there reignited my passion for learning and helped me transform my approach to studies.
At NMC, I discovered an environment where learning wasn’t just about rote memorization; it was about truly understanding concepts and enjoying the educational process. The teachers at NMC were incredibly supportive and encouraged us to follow our passions. They made even the most challenging topics accessible and engaging, turning study sessions into enjoyable experiences. This positive shift in my attitude towards studies was critical, especially as I prepared for some of the toughest competitive exams.
With the guidance and structured approach provided by NMC, I rigorously prepared for exams like IIT JEE Advanced, JEE Main, and BITSAT. I also tackled the NEET (UG), scoring an impressive 634 out of 720 marks. These achievements opened up a plethora of opportunities for me, providing a variety of prestigious paths to choose from.
By the end of my preparation, I found myself with multiple rewarding options. I qualified for IIT Kharagpur with an offer to study Mechanical Engineering, and BITS Pilani with an opportunity to pursue Computer Science. These options made the decision-making process both exciting and challenging. Ultimately, I chose to enroll at IIIT Hyderabad, drawn by their advanced Computer Science program and the institute’s proximity to Bangalore, a major tech hub brimming with opportunities for budding technologists.
This journey has taught me that with the right support and motivation, any goal is achievable. NMC played a crucial role in helping me rediscover my passion for academics and in charting a path that truly aligned with my interests and ambitions. I am eternally grateful for the encouragement and mentorship I received, which were instrumental in my success.
As I look forward to beginning this new chapter at IIIT Hyderabad, I am filled with excitement and anticipation for what lies ahead. Empowered by the skills and confidence I gained at NMC, I am ready to embrace future challenges and opportunities. This journey has equipped me with a solid foundation and a passion for learning that I know will guide me through my future endeavors in the field of computer science and beyond. Here’s to new beginnings and the endless possibilities that lie ahead!
