Why won’t my payment go through?

Sometimes When the payment gateway is down you might find the issue. Don’t worry under this circumstance if money got deducted from your account it will get refunded within 24-48 Hours.

How do I get a refund?

We would love to hear your problem & solve it before you decide to quit. However, if you wish to get a refund you can drop an email with the course details you want a refund for with your registered email id to vcare@nomoreclass.com. Once you drop the email the concerned team will connect you.
Alternatively, you can call our office for the same as well.

What is the NoMoreClass refund policy?

NoMoreClass Refund policy depends on the type of the enrolled course.

1. All Long Term courses/subscriptions – No Refund
2. Rank Booster/Doubt App/Trimmed Down Products/ Crash Courses (JEE/NTSE/Olympiads) – No Refund
3. One-to-One Tuition courses (for regular tuitions in grades 6-12) – No refund
4. NoMoreClass Superkids program ( Coding, Reading, and other specialty classes) – No refund

 Accessing Courses

Where do I find my enrolled courses?

Navigating your NoMoreClass Account is super easy just follow the below steps:

1. Login to your NMC Account.
2. Click on “My Courses” at top of the page.
3. All your Enrolled Courses will be visible on the dashboard.

And there, you would see your active course plan (Timeline). For more information, click on “View Details” for the course.

Where can I check my batch (Class) schedule?

Please, follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Login to your NoMoreClass Account.
2. By clicking on “My Courses” at the top of the page go to NMC Dashboard.
3. All Upcoming Classes and submissions will be visible in Student’s Timeline as well Upcoming Events.

Who should I contact to change my batch timing or the teacher?

For changing Batch Timing or Teacher you need to contact your dedicated Academic Mentor.

If there is a mismatch between the Class title & the actual session taught by a teacher, how can I get them corrected?

Connect with your Academic Mentor. He/she will be able to help you rectify the error.

How can I download the past sessions?

Currently, the Download Option is not available. However, you can watch a replay of any Session Online anytime.

How to get the session replays of the past sessions?

You can refer to the Recordings from your Student Profile. Follow the steps below:

1. Login to your NoMoreClass Account.
2. Click on “My Courses” at the top of the page.
3. Click on the “Courses” you want to access in your DashBoard.
4. You should see your active course plan and there you can access the session you want to see.
5. Click on “View Details” to get more information on the subject.

After the session, when can I watch the replay from the course page??

Session Replays will be added to the course homepage in 1 hrs.

If the session replay is not available, whom should I contact??

Kindly contact your dedicated Academic Mentor.

I need some counseling on my performance in the Tests/Assignments. Whom should I contact??

Connect with your dedicated Academic Mentor for a detailed discussion about your test performance. He/She will further assist you based on your preference and requirements.

Assignment & Test 

Where can I find the upcoming Test details??

To find your test schedule:

1. Login to the NoMoreClass website
2. Click on “My Course” & go to Student DashBoard.
3. Check Timeline or Upcoming Events for an upcoming test.
4. You will be able to see a list of all upcoming tests here.

How frequently will I get assignments from teachers??

Very frequent. You should get an assignment after the completion of each chapter. The assignment will be updated in the content tab of your account dashboard.

How to attempt the Subjective/Objective test??

1. Login to the NoMoreClass website.
2. Click on “My Course” given at the top of the page and access your Dashboard.
3. Click on “Tests” from the Timeline.
4. You will be able to attend the Test.

How do I share my Subjective answer sheets?

While submitting the subjective answers, the Student will get two options.

1. it is recommended to take photos of your solved answers on a piece of paper and upload them (you can upload the pdf as well).
2. You can directly write your subjective answers using our multipurpose editor.

What is the correct file format for uploading answer sheets?

Please, upload the answer sheets in .png/.jpg/pdf format and ensure the file size is up to 20 MB Only.

I am facing a problem while uploading the subjective test answer sheets, whom should I contact?

Kindly contact your dedicated Students Account Manager/ Academic Mentor to get the issues resolved.

I will not be able to give the test at the scheduled date and time. Can I attempt the test later? If yes, for how long will the test be available to attend?

We highly recommend you to take the test at the mentioned time and date. If you can’t attend the test at the scheduled time for any reason, you can attempt the test later as well. However, you will not be awarded a rank in such a scenario. The test will be active throughout the year and you can even re-attempt the tests.

Where can I see my test results?

The test result for Jee and NEET as well as for other courses will be available on the same test page after submitting the test.

When will I get the results of my test?

In IIT-JEE and NEET, the test result will be available within 24 hours, for 6th to 10th Grade you will get the result in 4 to 5 days.

To whom should I contact if my answer sheets are not evaluated?

Please contact your dedicated Academic Mentor for the evaluation of the answer sheets.
