The Indian Olympiad Qualifier in Junior Science (IOQJS). Formerly known as the National Standard Examination in Junior Science (NSEJS) is one of the six highly competitive Olympiads in India. It serves as an examination for the International Junior Science Olympiad (IJSO). The IOQJS is organized by the Indian Association of Physics Teachers (IAPT).
Through this exam, the International Olympiad movement aims to find out the best brains and talent in Science and Mathematics among Junior School Children. Not only that, it aims to nurture these kids by testing their learnings and helping them develop problem-solving aptitude. You will perform better in JEE & NEET if you build problem-solving aptitude early on in your academic career.
IOQJS stages

Plan out your daily schedule & identify your strengths & weaknesses
You will lose your concentration by revising a topic and then preparing others. This will eventually degrade your performance. Therefore, you should first make a solid plan and follow it regularly in order to achieve the best results.
As soon as you’ve established a study plan, you’ll need to conduct a self-survey to learn what you can learn easily, as well as which topics will be difficult for you to understand.
If you do this before you set a timetable, you will have an idea of how much time you can devote to each topic and how much you have left for revision.
Never compare yourself with others or your preparation with theirs
It is quite evident that when you are taking an examination, you start looking for what everyone else is doing, and then you become a mix of relaxed and anxious. This will surely hurt your performance. Make certain you do not get upset when you see someone behind you and do not get agitated when you see someone ahead of you.
There will be a time when some of your friends will have completed the syllabus and will be revising. There is no need for you to panic. It’s fine if they’re ahead, as long as you finish the syllabus, too. In addition, don’t get too excited when friends who are behind you in preparation outrun you. So, keep on working and preparing without getting influenced by your peers.
Ensure your health is in good condition
Many students start taking their exams very seriously. It then somehow starts accumulating, and BOOM! They leave all their sleep and food for preparation. Your dreams are shattered because you are sick and cannot prepare for the test, right?
This is the issue with every student preparing for an exam. Instead of doing this, students should stop it. If you don’t sit for the exam, you’re less likely to top or clear it; also, doing this will help you prepare faster; its effects will eventually affect your health and will make you feel worse. It’s important to take very good care of your health and sleep properly, eat properly, and spend some time away from books to help you refresh.
