- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and materials.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Digital products (eBooks, audiobooks, etc.) are non-returnable once accessed or downloaded.
- Books with visible wear or damage that are not a result of our error.
How to Initiate a Return:

Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged book).
- We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over Rs 500, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
